For

in New York City
.You may want to consider doing a phone session
I
have many clients all over the World & the USA & they call to do
sessions on the phone all the time
Life is so busy today even some
of my New York clients work by phone for traveling time is so consuming
The process is very simple
- You make an appointment
allotting a 2-3 hour time slot where there will be total quiet
no
interruptions
peaceful setting
in a comfortable lounge
bed
(head propped up)
or chair
- You would fill
out the intake form which I would email to you & send it back to
me
- I study your intake
& prepare for a session on your challenge
- You prepare to
use a phone with a headset ( many people from out of town are using
their cell phones today with free night & weekend minutes}
- In the session
we discuss on the conscious level your challenge & its possible
sources
Working together to determine what it is that you are willing
to let go of from your past history & forgiveness is a big part
of that along with negative thinking habits
And then what new
behavior you choose to focus on to begin to Change Your Life
This
usually take 1 - 1 ½ hours
- The actual Hypnosis
session takes about 1 ½ hours & all the New behavior along
with some of the relaxation is recorded on a 30-45 minute CD.
- This is the time
we are working with the subconscious mind tuning into your inner self
& empowering you to accomplish what you want
I only record
the new positive programming with relaxation
So that every time
you listen to the CD it is like going thru another session
I
have clients that go to sleep with our session for years
- · Although
what I request is that you listen to the,CD for a minimum of 21 days
or how ever long it takes you to adapt the new behavior you want
You
can go to sleep with it on a comfortable headset and it will program
you subliminally
Never listen to it in the car for we wouldnt
want you to be hypnotized while on the road would we?
- I suggest to only
work on one challenge at a time & a minimum of six weeks between
sessions or even longer to relish & praise yourself for the accomplishments
you have made
- I believe that
most of our work is self work & our own personal focus on what we
want to change
It is my experience that Hypnosis is a powerful
tool to shift the mind
- It only works when
the client is fully focused on making a change & participates by
using the CD & paying attention to the messages of change coming
from the subconscious to the conscious mind and allowing those changes
to occur
- Remember this habit
or challenge was more than likely created over a period of time
We
must be patient with ourselves & notice the baby steps we are making
to reach success
Nothing happens overnight but it does happen with
consistent focus & Love of oneself
